Rental Options

Small Business SCIF Incubator. Access during normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to a dedicated, furnished cubicle (single-seat) or keyed office (up to 2 seats) providing classified printing and lockable storage capability. Rates include access to the high-side IC ARC (available to only those cleared/vetted companies and their employees) and limited use of SCIF and unclassified conference rooms.

SCIF Suites. 24/7, dedicated access to a suite tailored around a company's individual SCIF space needs. Each SCIF suite is fully furnished and independently access-controlled, configured with a blend of cubicles and private offices to accommodate anywhere from three (3) to seventeen (17) seats. The setup and configuration of classified workstations within each suite to support high-side government-sponsored connectivity and secure voice is also included within this option and is subject to government client approval.

Unfurnished, Accreditable SCIF Suites. Finished, unfurnished suites ranging in size from approximately 4,400 to 8,200 rentable square feet (32-62 seats), each suite accreditable to/by ICD 705 physical security standards. These spaces can be delivered as unfurnished or furnished depending on occupant's stated desire.
